7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE

You retain all rights to any content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it solely as necessary to operate and provide the Services.

You and ViceWire submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts, in respect of any proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We strive for high uptime but occasional maintenance or network events may interrupt access. We may modify or discontinue features with prior notice when feasible.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We and our licensors retain all rights to the Services and their content. Suggestions or feedback provided by you may be used without restriction.

Except for third-party components and content owned by their respective rights holders (including, without limitation, TradingView, Inc.), all content, features, datasets, software, code, models, and intellectual property made available through the ViceWire Website and platform (including but not limited to proprietary sentiment classifications, indicators, analytics tools, visualizations, documentation, and ViceWire Datasets) are the exclusive property of ViceWire Pty Ltd.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, scraping, reverse engineering, or use of any proprietary part of the platform or underlying data is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

ViceWire™, and associated trademarks or service marks, are owned by ViceWire Pty Ltd and may not be used without permission.

The TradingView Advanced Charting Library, related APIs, TV Content, and any TradingView names, logos, or trademarks are the property of TradingView, Inc. and/or its licensors and are used on the ViceWire platform under license. These Terms do not grant you any rights in or to such TradingView intellectual property.

We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, policies, or practices.

17. EXPORT COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations, including those of Australia and, where applicable, the United States (such as the U.S. Export Administration Regulations).

18. CHANGES TO SERVICES

We may alter or discontinue any part of the Services without notice. We are not liable for any resulting impacts.

19. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or regulatory action.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ViceWire Pty Ltd concerning the Services and supersede all prior communications.
